We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rhoback gear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select your preferred resolution, such as a different size or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
